Adrienne Long is a Board-Certified, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is dedicated to collaborative, evidence-based, and integrative care for adults, adolescents, and children. Adrienne considers all aspects of her clients’ life and approaches client care with compassion and from a biopsychosocial framework. In addition to prescribing mental health medications if appropriate, she incorporates brief psychotherapy and addresses potential nutritional deficiencies and lifestyle factors into your comprehensive treatment plan. Prior to returning to graduate school, Adrienne provided compassionate and skilled care as a registered mental health nurse at an eating disorder recovery center on their acute inpatient unit. Her experience as both a floor and charge nurse, and now as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, has given Adrienne a unique perspective on care for those struggling with eating disorders and co-occurring concerns. In addition to her expertise in eating disorders, Adrienne is experienced in treating trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Dr. Erin Jacklin is the founder and CEO of The Catalyst Center. She hand-picked each clinician and staff member and is deeply involved in making sure every Catalyst client receives the highest level of care and has access to the most advanced treatment options, including EMDR, Collaborative Therapeutic Assessment, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, and the Treatment and Prevention of Pregnancy and Postpartum Issues. Dr. Sarah Long is not afraid of intensity. In fact, she loves working with people who are going through life’s crucibles. She is a gifted therapist with over a decade of experience helping people to heal from the impacts of traumatic events and recover from eating disorders. She specializes in working with teens and adults who are working to manage eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image, including during pregnancy and postpartum. She has completed advanced training in treating eating disorders even receiving distinction as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS). Sarah is one of those therapists who will hang in there when the going gets tough. She sees her role as walking alongside her clients on the journey towards greater health, meeting you where you are now and helping you take the next step in your journey when you are ready. Clients who are looking for someone who can be with them in the midst of major upheaval and challenge tend to resonate well with Sarah.
