Board Certified in General Psychiatry. Special areas of interest include treating mood and anxiety disorders, adult ADD, bariatrics and addiction. A native of Oklahoma City, OK, Dr. Brock graduated from Oklahoma State University and the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He completed his psychiatry residence at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Brock has been practicing psychiatry in Savannah for 18 years and has earned accolades as the Best of the Best from the Savannah Morning News and Best Psychiatrist in Savannah from Savannah Magazine readers. In his free time, Dr. Brock enjoys mountain biking, traveling and spending time with his family.

Daniel Nagelberg

Daniel B. Nagelberg, Ph.D. has been a licensed psychologist in Georgia since 1981. He obtained a B.A. in Psychology from Bucknell University in 1975, an M.A. (1977) and Ph.D. (1980) in Clinical Psychology from Bowling Green State University, and he completed a Clinical Internship at the University of Alabama Medical Center in Birmingham (UAB). He was an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Georgia Southern University for five years. He then founded and owned Coastal Psychology, one of the area’s premiere facilities for psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessment. His practice was acquired in March of 2020 and Dr. Nagelberg is currently working in the Pooler office of Shrink Savannah. Dr. Nagelberg’s practice is limited to psychological and neuropsychological evaluations. Dr. Nagelberg is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Southeastern Psychological Association (SEPA), the Georgia Psychological Association (GPA), and the National Academy of Neuropsychology NAN).​ Dr. Nagelberg has been married 40 years and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His personal interests are in health and fitness; he rigorously trains and competes in local and international road races, duathlons, and triathlons, including IRONMAN Mont-Tremblant. In August of 2019, he competed on Team USA at Age Group World Championships (standard distance triathlon) in Lausanne, Switzerland. This past April (2022), he qualified for Age Group World Championships (standard duathlon distance) in Ibiza, Spain in the spring of 2023.

Born and raised in rural southeast Georgia, Calysta is a Physician Assistant who works primarily with teens and adults struggling with their mental health, and is passionate about helping patients regain control of their wellbeing. After graduating from Georgia College in Milledgeville with her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology, she went on to achieve her Master’s of Physician Assistant from Augusta University (formerly Medical College of Georgia). During her time as a PA student, Calysta was awarded the Wendy Cline Paschal Service From The Heart Scholarship for exemplifying kindness and compassion to patients and patients' families throughout her PA student career. She is currently licensed in the state of Georgia. Prior to joining the Shrink team, she spent two years working in community mental health in both crisis stabilization and outpatient settings where she mainly treated high risk individuals with a wide variety of psychiatric disorders including psychotic and mood disorders. Calysta is currently a member of the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants and the American Association of Physician Assistants. When she is not in the office, she enjoys traveling, taking road trips, and going to concerts with her husband.

Mary also worked at a women’s shelter, and on the detoxification unit at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Boston, before going into private practice.
