Dr. Famoyin graduated from College of Medicine, University of Ibadan (UI) in 1992, followed by Internship at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) in 1993, before joining a family practice in Ghana (Aninwah Medical Center) until 1996. He was a research assistant in Molecular Neurobiology at Cornel University Medical College in New York till 1999. Dr. Famoyin completed Internal Medicine residency training at University of Massachusetts Medical Center (UMMC), University of Massachusetts in 2002, and completed fellowship training in Hematology and Oncology, at Beth Israel Medical Center (BIDMC), Harvard University (Focusing on Renal Cancer, Melanoma and HIV Oncology), where he also served as an Instructor in Medicine, in 2005. He was an Assistant Professor and Clinician, at University of Massachusetts Medical Center and Harringhton Hospital in Southbridge, MA, focusing on Melanoma and Kidney Cancer, before moving to Tennessee in 2007.
Sarah Hammons, NP, graduated from East Tennessee State University (ETSU) in 2001 with RN, and in 2009 with M.SC for FNP. She has worked in Oncology since 2013, in many different areas including out-patient Oncology clinic, in-patient Oncology and Chemotherapy Suite supervision. She is very experienced and Compassionate.
