Growing up in Montana and Northern Wyoming provided countless opportunities to engage in small-town sports, embrace the beauty of the outdoors, and cultivate a strong work ethic. It was truly an exceptional region to call home. After completing my nursing degree at Brigham Young University in 2007, I embarked on a fulfilling journey as a registered nurse in the Air Force. The gratification of a career dedicated to helping others was immensely rewarding, but serving those who protect our country added an extra layer of fulfillment. In 2012, I achieved a master’s degree in anesthesia from the esteemed Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, graduating at the top of my class with a 4.0 GPA. Following numerous relocations, a transformative year in South Korea, and a decade of military service, my family and I made the decision to establish our roots once again in the majestic mountainous landscape of the west. Fortunately, we discovered Helena, Montana, and have wholeheartedly embraced all the wonders this state has to offer. Throughout the years, I have witnessed the courage of loved ones and friends as they confront severe mental health disorders. My personal experience with the transformative effects of ketamine in my anesthesia practice has sparked a profound desire to make it more accessible to those who genuinely require it. I am fully committed to educating the public and medical professionals about the unique attributes of ketamine as a rapid-acting, evidence-based treatment option for mental health and chronic pain. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to help others discover the life-changing potential of this extraordinary medicine. Whether individuals seek relief from depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, or chronic pain, I am confident that with ketamine’s assistance, they will find the support and care they need. I am thrilled about the prospect of collaborating with you and contributing to your own triumphant journey.

Hello! I am Tiffany. I am a registered nurse IV with a background in Acute Care and adolescent psychiatric nursing. I grew up in California where I completed my Bachelors at Samuel Merritt University and I graduated Maga Cum Laude. I started my nursing career with Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford’s Nurse Residency program and continued my career with the hospital for 6 years. My time with Stanford taught me an extensive nursing skill base and a passion for therapeutic communication. This passion carried with me when my and my husband’s love for the outdoors and nature brought us to Montana. Calling Montana home has opened up a whole new world of the outdoors being quite literally our backyard. When I am not working you can find me spending time with my husband and daughter outside in nature. We enjoy getting out on the ice, lakes, or rivers to fish, hiking, snowboarding, trail running, hunting, and my first love of playing soccer. We also love spending time out on our small homestead gardening and raising pack goats, and chickens with our three dogs. We have found our forever home in Helena and are so grateful to be a part of this community. I appreciate the opportunity to share my skills and passion for making a difference in others’ lives around me here in Helena.
