Dr. Sara Franco, DNAP, CRNA is a Board-Certified Nurse Anesthetist with 13 years of experience in anesthesia and 20 years of experience in nursing. She received her Masters of Science and Anesthesia from Webster University and then her Doctorate of Nurse Anesthesia Practice from Missouri State University. She has spent most of her career working for Washington University Department of Anesthesiology. She has also worked as an Assistant Professor for Marian University in Indianapolis, Indiana; National University in Fresno, California; and Clarkson College in Omaha, Nebraska where she taught Pharmacology and Principles of Anesthesia. In addition to InVita Health and Wellness, she is the founder of Sterling Anesthesia Education Solutions, Inc., which provides continuing education for anesthesia providers and other health care professionals.
Dr. Hans Schlecht, DO is a Board-Certified anesthesiologist with over 25 year's of experience in the medical field. He received his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University and completed his residency at University of Michigan Hospital. He spent most of his career serving as the Medical Director and Chief of Anesthesia at the Aurora Healthcare Ambulatory Surgery Center. Dr. Schlecht has diverse and extensive experience in multiple areas of medicine. In addition to his full-time responsibilities in anesthesia, he has directed an aesthetics clinic and served as a Team Physician for USA Figure Skating. In 2014, he was assigned as the Team Physician for the Winter Olympic games in Sochi, Russia. Dr. Schlecht has had a lifelong interest in health and fitness. He was the founder of the Fitness Inventory Clinic at the University of Illinois. To this day he remains and avid runner and triathlete. He was named a USA Triathlon All-American on several
