Dr. Sullivan is a Board Certified Emergency Physician who has been treating psychiatric and substance abuse emergencies for over 15 years. He currently works part time in a Neurologic Emergency Department where he specializes in diagnosing and treating acute stroke, headaches, seizures and other neurologic emergencies. In 2016, Dr. Sullivan opened Initia Nova, the first office in South Jersey to use ketamine infusion therapy (KIT) for treatment-resistant depression. In 2017 Initia Nova became the first practice on the east coast to provide ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for the treatment of PTSD. In 2018 Initia Nova started providing transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and became one of the first to offer an accelerated theta burst protocol. Dr. Sullivan is one of a few physicians in the world to provide a combination of ketamine with TMS for those who have failed to improve from either modality alone, or ECT.

Dr. Dougherty is a board certified psychiatrist who has extensive experience using IV ketamine treatment for refractory depression and other disorders. He has performed over 3000 infusions to date and is a former board member for the American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists and Practitioners (ASKP3). Dr. Dougherty is a Part-time Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Johns Hopkins University. He is also the Associate Medical Director at Harbor of Grace Recovery, a dual diagnosis treatment center specializing in the treatment of first responders. Winden Rowe is an experienced counselor where she specializes in the field of stress and trauma. She works with individuals, couples, families, and organizations. Ms. Rowe’s approach to securing sustained improvement and recovery for clients dealing with the effects of stress and trauma centers around linking the biological, psychological, and social implications of traumatic stress and the identified challenge. In addition to counseling, Winden lectures, teaches, and consults in the field. Her newest venture in partnering with mediation experts is an exciting adventure for her. She is excited to work with families in the community to help reduce the impact of traumatic stress that tends to come along with family transitional change. Jennifer has been a nurse for 28 years, most of those years spent as an adult and pediatric ER nurse. She also has experience in pediatric home care and school nursing as well as being a trained sexual assault nurse examiner. Her degrees are from Gwynedd Mercy College and Immaculata University. When she’s not working you can find her on the sidelines of a football or field hockey field or in her kitchen cooking and baking and spending time with her family and pets.
