Dr. Broder received his undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University before attending medical school at the University of Florida. During his residency, the University of Florida became one of the first institutions in the nation to purchase a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) machine where he was first trained on the use of the equipment for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder. Once he completed residency in 2009, Dr. Broder came to Flagler Hospital where he has ultimately partnered with Dr. Luing as co-Medical Director of the hospital’s mental health department. In 2018, he and Dr. Luing opened the Florida Center for TMS with the hope to help those with treatment resistant depression by specialty treatment methods, while they continue to advance the science of psychiatry. Dr. Luing attended Florida Atlantic University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in microbiology and then attended medical school at University of Florida. There she discovered her passion for mental and behavioral health. She remained in Gainesville for residency and spent her extra electives learning about the use of neuromodulation techniques like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). Beginning her career in a community mental health center in nearby Ocala, Dr. Luing had the opportunity to make changes to community mental health policy. In early 2016, she joined Dr. Broder at Flagler Hospital where they now work together as co-Medical Directors to manage the hospital’s mental health department. Dr. Luing felt the community was in need of an intensive speciality treatment to address severe depression in a safe, effective way. Lindsey received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and spent six years working as a mental health technician on an inpatient psychiatric unit in Princeton, NJ., which inspired her to become a PA in psychiatry. She attended Albany Medical College in Albany, NY, and graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2020. Lindsey then moved back to Saint Augustine and began practicing geriatric psychiatry in nursing homes and assisted living facilities prior to joining the team at Florida Center for TMS earlier this year.
Terra joined Florida Center for TMS as the Clinical Nurse Manager in 2020 having served as a Registered Nurse Educator for Northeast Florida State Hospital and as the Psychiatric Registered Nurse for Flagler Hospital. Terra received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Florida State College in Jacksonville, FL in 2021 and now heads up managing the Spravato Coordination for patients at Florida Center for TMS. Terra believes in the holistic pattern of Psychiatric Nursing which focuses on the causes of depression and anxiety patterns, rather than just the illness. When not at working, Terra enjoys time with her family, cooking, and boating in her spare time.
Megan graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2020 with a Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to going to PA school, Megan worked as a Mental Health Technician on an inpatient psychiatric unit for 2 years. In her spare time, Megan enjoys cooking, going to the beach, attending concerts, and playing with my dog and cats. Megan currently works in inpatient psychiatry, but also enjoy being a part of cutting-edge treatments like Spravato and TMS. Megan is always saying “I love what I do, and I’m thankful to be able to be a part of these life changing treatments”.
Jason has an extensive career in medical research as a Biomedical Engineer stretching from the Florida State University to the University of Miami to Northwell Health in New York. A pioneer in the field of electrical nerve stimulation (neuromodulation), he has lectured on his work at several prominent institutions and has trained many medical students and young doctors in the ethical standards of research.

We accept referrals from area psychiatrists, therapists, primary care physicians and self-referrals directly from patients.
