Lisa Harding

Lisa Harding MD, Board Certified Psychiatrist and depression expert is specially trained in providing all treatment types for depression. She has completed over 4,000 procedures in Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), IV Ketamine, Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). She is also experienced in managing complex medication regimen and skilled in various psychotherapy methods. Terrell Holloway MD is a highly accomplished psychiatrist who recently completed his training at Yale University. With a strong focus on neuroscience and research, Dr. Holloway has established himself as a dedicated clinician-scientist in the field of psychiatry. Terrell Holloway MD Psychiatrist Dr. Holloway’s training includes a Psychiatry Residency at Yale New Haven Hospital, where he served as a Chief Resident from 2022 to 2023. During his residency, he also trained as an independent investigator in the Neuroscience Research Training Program (NRTP) at Yale New Haven Hospital, further honing his research skills and knowledge in trauma, stress, anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and depression. “As a physician-scientist trained at Yale & Mount Sinai School of Medicine in Manhattan, I specialize in PTSD, depression/anxiety and ADHD. I’ve been privileged to provide aid and therapeutic interventions to diverse PTSD populations in the tri-state area, including 9/11 first responders and veterans. Additionally, my scientific contributions in the field shine through published scientific articles on trauma’s influence on health & aging. I am also a national voice on stress & trauma’s repercussions in underrepresented communities.” Throughout his career, Dr. Holloway has made significant contributions to the field of psychiatry through his research. He has been involved in various studies focusing on topics such as racial and ethnic disparities in psychiatry, how stressful and traumatic events impact mental health and aging, and how alterations in neurotransmitters like serotonin, glutamate, and dopamine translate to psychiatric illnesses such as schizophrenia, depression and PTSD. His work has been published in reputable journals, including Academic Psychiatry, Nature Neuroscience, and the Journal of Neuroscience. As an active member of the medical community, Dr. Holloway has presented his research at national conferences such as the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Society of Biological Psychiatry. In addition, Dr. Holloway has been featured in national news media including the Wall Street Journal and NBC News. With his extensive training and expertise, Dr. Holloway provides compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals struggling with mental health issues.

Anne Dutton

Anne Dutton, MA, LCSW, is an integrative psychotherapist. She specializes in combining psychotherapy with mindfulness, somatic therapy, and psychedelic medicine. She is trained in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, psychoanalytic psychology, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. “I have a diverse cultural and linguistic background, having grown up in Japan and done extensive meditation training and academic study there, as well as an eclectic training in various forms and traditions of psychotherapy and somatic modalities. I draw on all of these in my work. However, I believe the real path to healing lies in the relationship between therapist and client.” She is the former Director of Mindfulness Education at the Yale Stress Center, current Assistant Clinical Professor of Social Work at Yale School of Medicine, and a core faculty member at the Copper Beech Institute in West Hartford, Connecticut, where she teaches Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and other courses and leads mindfulness retreats. Anne holds a certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy and Research from the California Institute of Integral Studies and was a study therapist for a multi-year Yale clinical trial of psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy as a treatment for depression. She is a Yoga Alliance 500 E-RYT registered Yoga Teacher and is certified as a Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She studied Buddhism at Komazawa University in Tokyo, Japan and holds an MA in Buddhist Studies from Yale University.
