Nazimuddin Mohammed, MD, is a skilled adult psychiatrist at Compassionate Psychiatric Services in Frisco, Texas. He’s the founder and director of the practice, which has served the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) area for more than 16 years. Dr. Ahmad Bilal, MD, is a board-certified adult psychiatrist at Compassionate Psychiatric Services in Frisco, Texas. He has been in practice for more than 20 years and has extensive experience, working in both out-pt and in-pt settings. He has helped psychiatry patients of all ages and gender groups. He has also worked with and helped in educating and training medical students, physician assistant students and nurse practitioner students. He received his medical degree from King Edward Medical University, Lahore, Pakistan. He did his residency at Kansas University Medical Center, Kansas City, KS. Apart from English, he is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.
Fathima is a board-certified physician assistant with over 7 years of clinical experience in multiple fields of medicine including urgent care, pain management, family medicine, emergency medicine, and addiction medicine. Elias “Eli” Alharari is a Nurse Practitioner and Director of Operations at Compassionate Psychiatric Services. He has 13 years of clinical experience in critical care, pain management, occupational health, and addiction medicine. He is licensed to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of psychiatric disorders including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, insomnia, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, bipolar and schizophrenia. Elias has specialized training in addiction management and is x-waivered to prescribe buprenorphine (suboxone). In addition, he is specialized in SPRAVATO™ treatment for treatment-resistant depression. Elias understands that mental resilience takes time and practice, so he uses his compassion and caring approach to help his patients achieve better patient outcomes. He received his undergraduate degree in nursing at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Dr. Moore is recently retired from the U.S. Navy where he had worked at multiple professional levels with an emphasis on crisis management in both the medical and mental health field.

Diana is a Certified Medical Assistant and is very excited to be a part of the team at CPS. She has completed a 2-year internship at an Endocrinologist's office where she gained experience as a Medical Assistant. In 2021, she graduated from Remington College with her Associate's Degree in Medical Assisting with X-ray tech. Diana loves children and working with newborns. She has years of experience in patient advocacy, public speaking, marketing, office coordination and is truly a people person. Having gone through her own personal journey, mental health has become an essential part of her life, a calling to help others. She has found that connecting with people, finding that commonality is key to building relationships in further helping those in need. At heart, she is a California girl, but loves living in Texas. When time permits, Lisa enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with her two teenage daughters.
