Elizabeth Bullard, MD, is the founder and medical director of Carolina Wellness Psychiatry, PLLC in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Prior to opening Carolina Wellness Psychiatry, Dr. Bullard served as medical director of two adult psychiatric inpatient units at the University of North Carolina Hospital System. She is completing her MAPS and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy certification with the Integrated Psychiatry Institute. Sarah Gilbert, PhD, is a psychologist who specializes in individual and couples therapy. Her approach is active, collaborative and compassionate, and she enjoys working with adults of all ages and backgrounds. She strives to help individuals learn more about themselves and their pasts, while offering practical and integrated interventions to help them manage current challenges. Dr. Gilbert has extensive experience helping individuals with significant life changes, depression, health problems, anxiety, impulsivity, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, and adjustment. Additionally, she has specialized training in helping couples improve levels of intimacy and communication skills, navigate difficult relationship transitions, heal after an affair or trauma, and manage every day relationship stress.
